 Love & Company Housing is a proud partner of the Division of Housing (DOH) Rental Assistance Programs. Love & Company became a voucher administering subcontractor for DOH in 2023. We provide services for various voucher programs such as the Community Access Team (CAT) vouchers. CAT helps people with disabilities stay in their homes and communities and out of nursing facilities or other institutions by making their homes affordable, safe, and accessible. CAT partners with the Department of Health Care Policy and Finance (HCPF), local service providers, and private housing owners to offer subsidized housing with appropriate supportive services for individuals transitioning out of institutions or at risk of institutionalization.

Love & Company Housing DOES NOT issue vouchers, instead, we oversee CAT and other vouchers on behalf of DOH, its participants, and partners. Love & Company Housing is committed to working together to keep Colorado housed through many of our outreach and educational initiatives.
